CH Lidlriva Desert Ochre CD was born on Australia Day 26th January 1998. Father Canadian Import Can/Aust CH Berdia True Blue to Kirchoff WC. His Mother CH Kirchoff Overland Treker. Kazan's father is Australia's first All Breeds Championship- Best in Show winning Toller not just once but twice.
Kazan is a talented boy, he is a multiple Best of Breed winner, has taken multiple age group placements and just recently obtained his best result ever with a Reserve In Group win out of 219 other Gun Dogs. He also fairs very well in obedience, being, (we think), the youngest Toller in Australia to obtain a CD Title and he is currently trialling for his CDX which we hope will come early in 2002.
In the future we hope to train Kazan to obtain his UD Title, we are also planning Non-Slip Retrieving and possibly tracking to his repetoire.
He loves the water and retrieving, most favourite pastime though would be playing with his 3 girls who he just adores.
Kazan sired his first litter - see our Puppy Pages, his first Sire brag was not long in coming with one of his sons winning Best Baby Puppy in Group at his very first show- 3months and 1 week old and his New Zealand son winning Puppy in Group too after only 2 shows. The New Zealand son and Perth son Guinea have huge futures in obedience, agility, tracking and maybe retrieving- keep an eye out on those puppy page brags.
As an update to the first litter one of his sons on his Novice Obedience debut in Perth Sept 2001 (Guinea) gained first place and 96/100 points and his first qualifier for his Novice obedience Championship. since then Guinea has gained his CD average score 195 out of 200 another first place and HIT- no problems with working ability drive and pizazz with Kazan sons.
